When there a people making money off of something being legal/illegal and those people are tied to power, which more money usually means more power, no amount of vocal or written support can change that. why not start a huge petition in favour of hemp oil and call it “The Rick Simpson Hemp Oil against cancer petition” or something like this get a couple of millions of signatures and enforce legalization worldwide. Its all down to people power in the end.
