I bought a 24V universal adapter that just plugs into the wall, and I got a cool little female end that just connects right to it and splits into two alligator clips. Just found the stuff online.

24V feels pretty intense. I kinda wish I had tried 18V.

You can avoid getting shocked if you put your foot/hand in the water connected to the black clip FIRST. Then dip into the red.

Seems like there is less stinging with COLD water.

Is it possible to become tolerant to this treatment after a while? Because I’ve been doing it for a couple of months and at first it was a big diference but it seems to be less efective now, and I’m doing it just as often as I did before

Anyway, really thanks for posting this. I had no idea

are there any side effects of current flowing through your body?
    and,
once the treatement has completed and you are sweat-free, is it for good or can it come back?
