Cure for rheumatoid arthritis?
pjvdixon asked:
http://www.globalchange.com Cure for autoimmune diseases such as psoriasis, rheumatoid, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, multiple sclerosis? Targetting specific immune cells to restore normal immune system with potentially very few side effects. Medical research using immunology. But will pharmaceutical companies wish or be able to fund such research? It will be a technique not a therapy to be sold. Patrick Dixon, conference keynote speaker and futurist.

One has to first find out what triggers the autoimmune system to react that way, before start curing!!! I am not in favour of the regular treatment (like, enbrel, rituximab, MTX)it only makes the disease worse!!
January 30th, 2009 at 09:05I have been taking antibiotics for nearly 2 years to treat my RA and it has been wonderfuly effective for me. It appears to have halted or greatly slowed the progression of this illness. Although I stil have some joint and muscle pain, it is GREATLY reduced. The joint swelling has disappeared and I now have normal sed rate levels (indication of inflamation in the body).
January 31st, 2009 at 06:22MMS (miracle mineral solution) is basically Sodium Chlorite. Do some research and check this stuff out. It has helped me quite a bit. It’s worth at least researching.
January 31st, 2009 at 19:2210mL of fishoil a day helps alot for many people

February 6th, 2009 at 18:31Experiment with your diet, avoid flour (gluten), milk (casin), and fatty meats like groud beef.
Also get plenty of sun, 15 min. a day, as you are likely vitamin D deficient.
My mother is suffering from RA and has bed ridden for last five years. Could you suggest some ways to tackle it
February 8th, 2009 at 19:37I tried to send an e-mail regarding the ‘miracle mineral solution’ cos I don’t trust the info. I would really appreciate some feedback if your lady really is cured. My 21 year old daughter has had RA since she was 4 - I would love to get this MMS for her, as long as it would not be giving her false hope as she has been let down so often with trying so called ‘miracle’ drugs?
February 9th, 2009 at 21:01I know a lady who says she cured herself of Rheumatoid Arthritis with MMS (miracle mineral solution). I’m trying it too. Be careful if you’re on Celebrex though, it can be hard on your gut.
February 13th, 2009 at 02:18Would it not more of an advantage to concentrate on the arthritis then the money!?
February 14th, 2009 at 20:45Bud
Sir. I have a very violent and unpredictable autoimmune system disease. No one can tell me anything and the doctor’s cant tell me anything. They are putting me on more and more chemotherapy everyday. I have Neuro Behcet’s. I need help very badly.
February 17th, 2009 at 20:08Hmm - free radicals is also worth a google. Not sure about Ozone! Patrick
February 18th, 2009 at 04:01Google “Ozone in the Human body”. They believe the immune system produces ozone and this could be the culprit in the inflammation. Ozone is highly corrosive.
February 19th, 2009 at 17:59But antibiotics destroy both good and ‘bad’ bacteria. The good bacteria in your gut is responsible for 70% of your immune function. The good bacteria is your body’s natural antibiotic.
February 20th, 2009 at 06:33Enbrel increases your chance of cancer by 50% and has an 8% success rate. Antibiotic treatment It has an 85% percent success rate. It won’t make much money for the pharmaceutical companies which, is why it’s hard to get the word out. Our doctor has treated 900+ RA patients over the last 20 years. 65% went into remission. 25% showed improvement. Not bad odds.
February 23rd, 2009 at 12:24I’ve been an RA patient since the age of 18 months, i’ve been living with it for over 16 years. dont ever say your life is over for having a minor set back. i was at points of no mobility, but now i’m running and playing just like everyone else. I also take the immunosupressant drug Enbrel and i might say that it has almost saved my life too. Talk to your local Rheumatologist and ask about Enbrel or Humira.
February 26th, 2009 at 00:38I disagree, you are needed. Look into how people handle their sicknesses. Many people say doing less stressful activities and eating a more organic diet helps. Theres a cure somewhere, don’t lose faith, believe.
February 27th, 2009 at 06:07Pharma hasn’y produced cures for how long? Why? A cure doesn’t provide a stream of income forever (maximum profit is the law for public companies) and you can’t sell a cure to the public for thousands of dollars, it wouldn’t be tolerated by the public when in mass production of the “Willow Bark” costs $1-$100 each to make after spending the $1 billion to pay off the FDA and research costs. So some companies add additives, similar to cigarette companies, so you won’t be completely cured.
February 27th, 2009 at 20:43Please don’t say your life is over sweetie. I’m a 44 mom who developed this 10 years ago. You may go into remission. Try all the meds, I take Embrel. I don’t know if your too young for it. I know you can take methotrexate and it does work. I know how you feel about not being able to do things, but their are so many meds out there to ease your pain. Take care and things will get better.
March 1st, 2009 at 02:38The only thing you can cure is a ham. If you want to help arthritis sufferers you have to offer them something that will help the body to cure itself. No food or drug will cure chronic disease! On the other hand, there are powerful, natural anti-inflammatories called xanthones that can do wonders for arthritis sufferers like me. I am pain free, mobile and active for the first time in nearly 20 years!
March 2nd, 2009 at 01:16Blablabla. Cure? MMS. Youtube search “MMS Humble”.
March 2nd, 2009 at 19:55Hey I feel for you, I’m 19 and got arthritis 3 years ago with all the joints affected except a part of the spine, so my life is also over, I can’t do anything even close like before, and in a couple of years, I wont be able to do anything…
People like us have no future…It seems that it’s a nature’s way of telling us we’re not needed…
March 4th, 2009 at 23:29very strange .
March 5th, 2009 at 17:27Autoimmune conditions appear to have genetic faults at their root and some of the genes have been identified.
But the good news is that this does not rule out a cure.
It is possible to block the activity of faulty genes with Biologics but the ultimate solution will probably be gene replacement therapy.
