Boil a pot of water, put the herb-butter mix into a sauce pan and set it into the boiling water. On low heat, let the mixture simmer for 45-90 mins. Use as much as you would smoke. February 18th, 2009 at 00:40there is a lot of evidence to support the idea that manna may have been magic mushrooms. James Arthur wrote a great book called “Mushrooms and Mankind’ that gets into it. Also that the holy annointing oil was made from mostly cannabis and indeed may be very similar to the oil spoken of here. see ‘Sex Drugs Violence and the Bible’ by Chris Bennett for more info on this.

February 20th, 2009 at 15:44yes, i’ve read about research on lemon grass, too - the web has many sites relating to this - most of the active ingredient is in the bottom part of the plant, just above the roots (leave the roots in the ground when harvesting)… i often make lemongrass tea, and eat some of that onion-like part of the plant …
